This Bill is introduced in pursuance of sections 22, 28 and 29 of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 read with the proclamation issued under article 239AB of the constitution in respect of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 16th Feb 2014 to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the consolidated Fund of the NCT of Delhi of the moneys required to meet the supplementary expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the NCT of Delhi and grants made by the Legislature for expenditure of the NCT of Delhi for the financial year 2013-14.
